WAMALUG: Meeting: July 7, 2001

To fill a vacancy left by a resignation, Greg was elected bookkeeper. He began his term by neglecting to write down the cents in the reported financial condition of the club. This last meeting before the second BrickFest called for a number of decisions regarding the budget, later in the meeting Christina gave a tour of the BrickFest rooms to interested members. A resolution officially incorporating the Train SIG was passed unanimously after three amendments. Tom’s proposed Rules and Procedures were passed with slight modifications. The new, brief Charter was adopted conditionally pending the approval of the Bylaws at the next meeting. While some remember the meeting as enjoyable, to others it seemed like it went on for hours.
